1. Individual ePatient Initiation Program:
Cost: $199 for typical volume of medical records.
- Includes Premier Tier membership in iMedicalHome.
- We will upload your medical records for you (up to 200 pages), sort them and put them in your iMedicalHome Medical Vault.
- We will have one of our medical assistants call you and interview you to complete all medical profile information online at a time convenient for you.
- We will discuss three different methods you can use to provide this information to your doctor.
- We will discuss security procedures with you during the same phone call.
- Please note that iMedicalHome provides all of the functions you require to enter the information yourself.
- This program simply makes the process easier and faster for you.
2. Family ePatient Initiation Program
Cost: $149 per person
Same as Individual ePatient Initiation Program, but for a family of 3 or more.
3. Extra Pages Charge:
We charge $0.10 per page scanned for pages in excess to 200 pages.
